Sports: The Streets of Willow

The Porsche Club of America - Grand Prix Region held an excellent event at Willow Springs in Rosamond, CA. Roughly 85 drivers showed up to test their skills on the 1.8 mile course. Drivers were split into four groups based on skill with each group getting three 20 minute sessions. The fourth and final session consisted of 3 timed laps. It was a good opportunity to drive the car as it was designed and not worry about the usual driving hazards of living in Los Angeles. The handled excellent and is certainly capable of much more then I am.
